The share structure has remained the same for about 10 months. There have now been two PR's saying it will remain the same for another two years. The third PR will announce the By-Law change.
The share price is at its current price because of trader games, not fundamentals. Something will trigger the run and all those shares sitting on the ask will be acquired. It's only a matter of time and patience.
