How about comparing companies with the same market caps and sectors! Microsoft vs TECO? LOL! Bottomline; 2.2mm shares will never move this PPS and especially if the majority of trades are sells per the Trades Chart.
Volume today vs. os:
MSFT: 22 million shares traded vs. 8.3b shares os = 2.6%
TECO: 2.2 million shares traded vs. 1.3b shares os= 1.7%
Volume today vs. os:
