I'm curious as to how many thought a PR like todays would move the PPS significantly higher?
Given the 1.3B OS, outstanding NSS, and ongoing manipulation to keep the PPS down; an announcement of CFP might do it, the GOB announcing commercial oil in Belize might do it. Unless already committed and continually seeing RED as I assume is the case for many; it's my opinion that it maybe best to temporarily trade the stock instead of investing in it. Hopefully the $3.5mm revenue keeps the OS from increasing "again" and financials are much improved. Intraday volume of 2mm shares is attrocious for this share structure. So far the market doesn't give a chit!
