well, from a "worst" case scenario we get min $2.50 -10.00 shr. and we still get to keep our preferreds. So maybe next time around when they want our preferreds we'll get more.? I think based on the assets and the amt of shares available. the MS-market specials will be buying the 26milly or so shares to upsell to institutions. Unless they have buyers set up they won't buy. Seeing the huge potential here with the company the MS work not for themselves like MM's but for the company's interest. So I am confident we'll get our $10.00 sh/. Hot posted a few weeks back that 700mill assets divided by 26mil shares gives us an approx share value of $26-27.00/sh. I am assuming this is before uplist or time of uplist. imo. of course.
