$OCFN OCFN shall provide financing that is secured by a senior mortgage on the underlying asset through our wholly owned subsidiary ?mega CRE Group LLC. Our commercial real estate loan (“CRE”) inquiries can range from a minimum of $1 million dollars up to $500 million dollars, and are typically for a term of up to 10 years.
