I would think the schedule and the Q were somewhat tied together.  Release a positive Q along with certification news? That would be the way to go. 

Either way we are about 2 weeks out now - previous Q's have been around mid-November...I'd like to see a small run up start very soon.   Many have been waiting for this news for a very long time - the excitement should start building now!  Spread the word!
