Personally I like the old method: PR's. they're recorded on OTC Markets, Yahoo Finance and can be found on the web easily as news. Also this format turns up on E-Trade and other brokerage news feeds.

I know Twitter and other social media can be used, just this is my preference. I'm yet to be convinced of effectiveness, as opposed to inexpensive distribution.
