They need cash so bad .. Look at the SP it cant move and the only way for them is to do a RS, sell shares at way high price and get cash.. Do they have Rev? NO. Do they have a credit line? NO. So what to do?? 

I am 99.99% this will come by no late than Nov 14. RS , Name Change, Ticker Change..
