Looks to me - Dr. Scheer is owed $500,000 for his neurology work on patients (para 2): and Geico thinks they can get out of paying by making up a BS claim!
Geico needs to PAY UP and deposit that money into Dr. Scheer's account...
Geico trying to get out of paying an insurance claim...now that's something new!! NOT...
Geico doesn't stand a CHANCE!!!!
They'll be paying Dr. Scheer's money and his Attorneys fees.... better for insurance companies to just pay a claim than to try and fight it, especially when you know you're wrong...shame on you Geico!
