The SEC does have policies for the protection of shareholders in a public Company whereby the Insiders hold greater then 50% of Outstanding Shares.
At this time insiders of CAPC DO NOT HOLD A MAJORITY OF THE OUTSTANDING.
That is plain and simple and to say otherwise is a lie.
