That is correct and according to SEC rules I can own 4.9m (10%) of the 49M share $CYBK OS. It was nice seeing the OS decrease by 5M shares due to the deal for XSKN going forward for cash. Since revenues are now flowing paying for the XSKN acquisition in cash makes more sense too !
