IMO, that will invite the cat calls and complaints from the bashers saying "What's the matter, too cheap to do a PR?"  The formal route and on time works fine, and is usually what folks look for, especially in the OTC's.  Social media has been known to implode on occasion.  JMO.  GLTA!  $CYBK
