so no shell- CWRN owns both subs and the mine- CWRN's shareholders have rights/ vested interests-may be other subs coming -see below
Navial has other mines they would like to put into production, including the 1 adjacent where the rainbow pics were taken, and 1 w a NI 43-101
could be reason for A/S -bring them under CWRN umbrella? remember Brad tried JV w Mayen/Rift but Rift didnt have the money to hold up its end -suspect Brad was reserving his outlays to pick up the remainder of the inholdings in his huge 1.2 million acre empire, including CWRN
