could be reason for A/S -bring them under CWRN umbrella? remember Brad tried JV w Mayen/Rift but Rift didnt have the money to hold up its end -suspect Brad was reserving his outlays to pick up the remainder of the inholdings in his huge 1.2 million acre empire, including CWRN
