That site doesnt even show the phoenix on the scheduled arrivals. Thats why im curious if its ours and it just going to be doing the ol dipsy doo in and out...that would be a half-believable reason for not being on the arrival/departure...if Ensenada isnt sure exactly when it would load given the exclusivity of the other contracts.
