On 10/25/2013, BAYP saw ridiculously high volume paired with high gains, meaning excellent accumulation. All technical indicators (CMF, Accum/Dist + OBV) back this thought.
In a recent interview, CEO Briggs Smith said this, "We stated in a press release earlier this week that we would not raise the Authorized Shares in 2013 and do not plan on altering that statement. We stated in a press release in May (I think it was) that we would not do a Reverse Split in 2013 and do not plan on altering that statement either. So no A/S increase and no Reverse Split for 2013."
Market cap around only $337,000.
Free float estimated to be only approximately 480 million shares.
