They want to get to AMEX and to do that they need the market cap and to do that they need the revenue and profit and that's why they are on an acquisition trail. So in buying these companies, they buy market share and the revenue, they get the share price they need targeted at over $1.50, they get the market cap and they qualify - a little more complicated than that but that's exactly what they are doing.
