Transparency on the issue would be good. To my eye it looks like Jan threw a bone to his colleague Hipple with this consultant role...no shares, no employee status,etc. who better to check the books for regulatory compliance than Hipple....just like hiring an ex hacker to secure ur computer systems. As long as no laws are currently being broken by Hipple I fail to see why this is a big deal...besides the bashing. If the site launches and the accounting is accurate....bzinga
