I think SRGE is nothing more than a shell with no business operations so IMO a business license is not needed.  IMO, Southridge Enterprises's subsidiary Southridge Minerals with the assets were moved to MSJ per their Feb 2013 asset purchase agreement.  The stock has been deregistered with the SEC so no reporting is going on.  We shareholders have read a MSJ PR back in February advising purchase details for the SRGE assets will be forthcoming and that is what is keeping the stock alive.
