I'm pretty sure the independent consultant mentioned in AEGYs 8K is Hipple. 2010 was the date of the SEC order against him and part of the restrictions placed upon him were for him to not act as an accountant. How the market will respond to that is another story. As for AEGY...perhaps some will flee. Perhaps pps will drop some. No crime appears to have been committed. It is a stain that some will not let be easily forgotten. This creates more risk for that as an investment. Hopefully he has reformed and the kind herb brings some healing to the situation....Henry Jan has adamantly defended his integrity and we can all hope he and iEquity are in line with the integrity we have grown to admire in Medical Greens and BBIo...and now Cannabee. As for SKTO, there is no direct link to Hipple. He is not involved in SKTO.... Nonetheless, there is a level of guilt by association.
