SKTO gains today on no news. A very nice sign. AH an 8k came out for AEGY....their accountant, Bradford...same used by SKTO, resigned. Not clear who pulled the trigger but looks like they quit because of a dispute over an independent consultant AEGY was using. Bradford didn't like the consultant close to the numbers because of a SEC administration order banning said consultant from doing accounting...2010 order. However, AEGY says the consultant was doing regulatory compliance work and not accounting work. I have no clue if this is a big deal for AEGY but I doubt it. No biggie for SKTO.
