I would like to repeat one of my previous comments.  I consider the "independent" determination of "enterprise value" for the company is what we should all be looking and pushing for.  Once you have a value you can just divide by the number of A/S to get a fairly accurate pps.  I have been using 3.5 B. for about two months now.  Three months ago I speculated 30 Million as enterprise value.  Everyone can do the math and feel free to adjust both numbers as they see fit.  Just a FYI and suggestion.  Comments encouraged and welcomed.  HAWK.
