yes, dilution, but it does fall on the CEO, who has issued more shares, and the fact we have no new news falls on the CEO as well. At this point RFMK is just a bottom play IMO. However wouldn't put it past any Micro CEO to RS and crush any and all shareholders. Just my humble thoughts
