If he doesn't know the CWRN stockholders have lost much and want a reasonable amount of information he must be dense.  If he doesn't know what he is doing he shouldn't be running the show.   Insofar as a learning curve I would suggest that Brad obtain a list of Bob's screw-ups and at least try to avoid those.
