Somewhere you said u were an engineer , I think…I work in shipping…..and the engineers want things moved to shows or customers and make things perfect on the eqipment and wants us to ship on time for material the end user needed yesterday.
You like your ducks in a row, but are whacky that time  comes into play…Wells are drilled…As long as the surface can hold a machine, ther rig gets to be spotted, can't work in lightning storms,  and if you have permits…..on and on things get in the way….Only because you can control your little world…and are pissed TECO has delivered to DTL specs. Quit whining about the past…things have changed and it is looking a bit better.. Now we just have to watch for the outcome.  Complain in Jan 2014 if 4 more wells aren't drilled…  I think they will be lucky to drill 2….even at 2, it is a step in the right direction….the holidays get in the way..
