Re: Luckymata #5347
to us theres no logical reason but from their end there is- very few ceos communicate w holders outside of PR's -e.g many are chilled by open threats by bashers they will be prosecuted for giving insider info (see e.g sirg)
he is busy- has never been public before and is no doubt taken aback by the amount of mail he got from holders -which is why they probably discontinued the PR  email

the PR doesnt say ANYTHING about retiring CWRN stock

when the PR came out, there was a lot of confusing white knight etc language, including the dividend paragraph, and I was bombarded privately by many wanting to know what was going on,so while i was reflecting on and studying many other issues (and working long hours on my other issue orientated national jobs) i delegated that issue to others-that issue being a specialized stock issue-never had any interest in stocks and learned nothing useful re same except acct ratios etc in acct eco law degrees and very few lawyers outside Wash D.C. deal w such

so dont have an intuitive understanding of stocks as i do w many other subjects, so I took at face value re that issue what posters -led by bashers -were saying re that- that it was a r/s- some knew it wasnt but didnt post their thoughts- if u think something is wrong  w whats posted at least PM me guys

on its face its a dividend-combined w KMG IR post re KMG stock becoming fully reporting (OTCQB)
we have posted re spinoff language and what that means -often results in a dividend-everything about this is typical spinoff

there is nothing whatsoever to indicate any change to CWRN stock

however the financials ( the posted IR indicated audited) and sec reg statement and prospectus will lend a hand to removing dtc etc restrictions on CWRN stock as a "side" benefit

the dividend goes to CWRN shareholders -cant have a dividend without cwrn shareholders and cant have a sub without the CWRN parent-I've posted re brad giving what may remain of PanAm private stock away to us re this dividend

from the last PR:
which it spins off, pro rata to [cwrn] shareholders, (my emphasis) a newly formed SUBSIDIARY (my emphasis), Kiliwa Mining Group, US, Inc. (KMG) which will hold the [private?] stock of the Mexican subsidiary mining Company Panamerican Minerals S.A. de C.V.
This will be accomplished via a DIVIDEND (my emphasis) consisting of the shares of the wholly owned subsidiary KMG, pro rata, issued to all of the shareholders of CWRN, (my emphasis) as of an effective date within 60 days hereof, on a 1 KMG share for each 1,000 CWRN shares basis, as part of the Plan of Reorganization on a record date to be determined in accordance with Notice requirements of CUSIP, DTC, and FINRA. Said KMG shares shall be held, in trust, by the Escrow Agent (transfer agent) pending effectiveness of a registration statement under the Securities Act of 1933. "

this is a dividend -nothing more-nothing less, except financials etc necessary for same will help w other issues also

penny traders are so conditioned to the point of absolute psychosis by shorters non stop lies re r/s that many assumed thats what this was.as shorters fraudulently claimed-emphasizing the danger of reading shorters posts
