About the only way you can probably get some is to put a Good Until Cancelled Order for a reasonable amount of shares for either 1 or 2 and watch level 2 to see where you are in the stack.  They shouldn't be filling anyone else if yours is first.  And don't put in Stop Loss orders as they will drop the price to that point to quickly grab the low hanging fruit.
