That is a very good question. The nobo has been talked about for sometime now, but yet none of the brokers have heard anything of it.
The list may not be mentioned if it is part of an r/m and shell process. The shareholders may be notified before we would see it publicly. Or there may not be a need to release this publicly. It could be used strictly for shareholder voting or notification purposes.
If someone else has a better clarification. AKA, someone much smarter than me, feel free to elaborate and delete this post.
