LOL! It's been getting done for three years!  I've been "getting ready" for years now.  When will it be "completed" so I can reap any rewards on my "readiness"?  LOL!  You and I  will be 90 years old by then and the older folks will have died by then? Where the hell did all the money from the 1.3B dilution go and why doesn't TECO have the funding to pay qty 4 Bulls a good salary to work W. Texas at this point in the companies history?  Answer: because they took so long to change the plan!  Because someone at headquarters sat on an older plan for too long and didn't go out to inspect W. Texas or review the books or they were inexperienced in what was being told to them by the corrupted.  There are no more excuses for them!  Lord knows headquarters has paid themselves enough over the years!  It's time for some shareholder value!  Phew! I feel better now!
