i kinda agree with that.  i mean, nothing would necessarily shock me at this stage but i always thought it was MJNA. That was only reinforced once i heard they had also pursued Berkeley.

To me, PHOT is going after an entirely different segment where as MJNA is almost marketing the same products.

if it is a competitor i would've thought they would have better things to spend their money on. lol
