Another great day for TECO stock.  Hey blind it must be my rants lowering PPS; LOL!  It has nothing to do with the fact that we haven't announced a new well in seven months or we have a packer stuck in SJ no. 3 or 2nd and 3rd 10Q financials are still outstanding.  It's all DTL's fault! LOL!
