Still believe we will see a 0.20 cent dividend or maybe more , depending if they already had a buyer .and Cinco etc is sold.  That announcement alone would put us over a buck but I see multi dollars if we have a share exchange and MSJ goes public, no questions about that!  Either way, it's huge for us shareholders.
