I just left mouse click at the top left corner of what you want to copy and while holding the left mouse button down drag over the image you want to copy and it will be all highlited. Then you can let go and it will be highlited, then click Ctrl button and C (For Copy) then go to the place you want to paste it to and click Cntrl button and V to paste.  Or if it is an image as shown below just right click the image and select copy image then hit Ctrl+V to paste it.
