Less than 1% Grey Sheets evolve into OTC/Pink Sheet or Bulletin Board, A Market Maker is required to submit the Form 15c2-11 to FINRA, by filing a 15c2-11 application to be quoted on the bulletin board, and may even bypass the application to be quoted on the pink sheets.
So I consider this HRZB stock to be a rare find/opportunity.
