I ran a SmartText analysis by Scottrade, it provides the analysis instead of one's own subjective analysis. These were the results:
Bollinger Bands ®
SKTO is within its Bollinger Bands. This is a normal condition suggesting that it is neither overbought nor oversold relative to the recent levels.
Relative Strength Index (RSI)
