well, the idea of a divvy is to reward SH and those that don't actually own real shares get nothing and this will put light to just how many NSS are out there, I am sure others might have a better answer but there may be a cover or the NSS will just have to pay a fine equivalent , I am not exactly sure on that but if thre are millions of shares it will be a bit of money,

now a 25 cent one time divvy on a sale of Cinco Minas would cause a lot more pain for those short and that is the cover I dream of

even just a $1 sale for ALL MINES including a 25 cent  additional divvy would send this, for the value of the sale and a value of the divvy because there is the element of momentum and I can assure you, if we get a $1 BO plus 25c divvy, this will blow way past and then the shorts will go long, run with this then short it down to try to recover, it will be an ugly week for short and a wonderful week for longs,

if anyone here has ever been short on a trade, it is unpleasant to say the least, I can't imagine being an NSS on a trade going up on huge buying volume that I suspect MSJ and SRGE and our 3rd party buyer will bring, that should be unbearable to say the least
