MERGER Finalizing now that Natalie stepped down on good terms with Attorney for new merging company taking over in an interim role as CEO and CFO... I believe we see it in days, not weeks!
I believe he listed CFO in addition to CEO since financials for the new company merging in are required for the merger to close and for approval from FINRA and SEC.
Should be a spectacular run to penny land IMO !!
