Well I think Allyn is perfect personally.  The industry is new and Allyn is right here at the beginning.  The only other person I can think of that you might like and is just as big a fish as Allyn would be that Harborside guy.  With the money our guys have they should have the pick of the litter if Allyn wanted someone else in that position.
