LOL, if you really think libel suits are financially damaging to a company that recently raised $11 million, just imagine the legal fees for the defendants?

JBII is not the first quality company to protect its reputation.  Sometimes really nice big bucks are awarded too.  I posted as an example a $650,000 award in a libel suit in Canada.
