Very simply, before the end of September, they will close the NBS acquisition bringing $26.5M USD of revenue and $5M operating profit, plus healthcare group contracts that will run into the tens of millions of USD.

Now that's the kind of info I like and if you have reason to doubt, call the company, look at the state filings they have done and you will be told and see the same.
