I agree on the big numbers, but IMO the public will have to be educated about Dharmanol and the company first.  Really it all depends on PharmaJanes going live and a media campaign.  We need all the chips to fall in place first like the name change.  That with PharmaJanes will start the ball moving.  The sky's the limit with a great media campaign.
