I realize TECO doesn't organize their shareholders and I wasn't implying that.  It is what it is but we all know why there are more NSS shares diluting TECO's share structure than otherwise would have been necessary.  How they get out of the situation is yet to be seen.  I still hear a lot of talk about this well and that well but "actions speak louder than words" but this business moves like a snail.
