CA isn't 2014, but I think it's the right time of year to turn up the legalize-it intensity. That committee he is heading up features some legal experts from Colorado and Washington, which conveniently would be great contacts for Benz, if he doesn't know them already.
I had this thought yesterday... Benz is already licensed to practice in Colorado... and Washington state (i think) requires MMJ businesses to be headquartered in WA.
-What if PJ moved HQ to Washington and then opened for biz in CA and CO?
-Given Benz knowledge of CO and CA state law and the best practices network forming around Newsom, I don't think this is a pipe dream.
-How does a web platform like PJ, that doesn't actually take possesion of product, fit into WA MMJ business restrictions?
