Events IMO need to get captured beyond shareholder updates in ON TIME quarterly and annual reports.  The share price should move up on key events that others have noted, but we won't escape flipper/manipulation status unless bad reporting habits are broken.  That, and getting out of the OTC basement.  Certain things do go hand in glove.  JMO.  GLTA!  $TECO
