He did say a while back that they need 40K a month for expenses to stay with this deal.  I can't say either way but if the blogs he puts out say he isn't dumping then I just have to take his word for now.  If he is dumping what good would it do to go to SEC as he would claim the blogs weren't his and are not official and legal form of communication.  I don't know if next Q will show anything about shares outstanding and there probably will be little revenue until the launch, if it ever comes.
