The Acquisition of NDMI provides Hi Score Corporation (HSCO) with the potential to consolidate revenues on its balance sheet as the new subsidiary rolls out its first product, the Performance Enhancement and Emissions Control Hydrogen (PEECH) System. Additionally, Michael Zoyes will be stepping aside as CEO of Hi Score Corporation, in favor of William White who is currently the President of NDMI.
