I agree. It makes no sense whatsoever to think that this is over because there is a new CEO. She never sold one share all year. No pumps, no leaks, no blatant lies like all these other shady plays. She was as straight as you could want.
The more plausible explanation here is that she has in fact done her job but for reasons of confidentiality is limited or prohibited entirely from speaking of it even after her resignation until the conditions of the merger are announced by the merging entitity.

Let's face it, in this case the bitterness we shareholders are feeling is from being totally in the dark while at the same time being weary from too many typical OTC scams.

Let's give this one a few days to show something. A new CEO is a noteworthy event to shareholders via more public forums than the Edgar system. Give it time.
