Simple, shorts took advantage of CEO stepping down, and no merger.  I smell a SCAM unfortunately.  She did not come through and we were all led to believe the merger was happening, and now this BS! She lied to us! Sorry guys but it is what it is.  I am not some crazy basher a hole,  Phil can testify to that and would never bash my own investment.   I do not nearly have enough $$$ to short a penny stock and never would.  Just REALLY concerned here.  I am sick of my investments going to crap and these lying CEO's to scam us! Sorry but I think so.  I hope for all our sakes I am dead wrong and its much better than we know.  I will not sell for a loss.  I chassed the ask all day to dump, but never got filled.
