If you look at other partnering agreements for the most part they have been in the hundred million range with a nice chunk up front that would more then cover the other trials plus milestone payments.

With no institution buying really yet and the large share structure we really need a partner IMO. I would hate to see financing if there is any chance of a partner on one of the drugs.
