How is Today's news horrible? Natalie stepping down to let someone finish or complete a reverse merger. If that is what is happening then I do not agree that the 8K was negative. What I am disappointed in is the lack of communication from her publicly about what is actually going on with the company. She should have put out a PR today and I do not believe it would be against SEC rules to do so. Just my opinion.
