How many public law firms are there? Are there any? Most attorneys are too full of themselves and "me" oriented to think of working for the benefit of shareholders.
Perhaps he is an attorney representing a client that wishes to remain anonymous for the time being.
This much could be PR'd and still hide who the merging entity is until they work out their transition strategy
Don't the shareholder's deserve this much?
